  • Facilitate continuing professional development through accredited courses
  • Enable a collaborative community of rehabilitation professionals

Important: Rehabify is a technology platform that facilitates healthcare service delivery. We do not provide direct medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care.

2. Professional Eligibility and Verification

2.1 User Requirements

To access professional features, you must:

  • Hold current, valid licensure as a physiotherapist in your country of practice (e.g Nigeria)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Maintain good standing with relevant regulatory bodies such as the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board (MRTB)
  • Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and professional ethical codes

2.2 Verification Process

  • All professional credentials are subject to verification
  • False or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension
  • Users must promptly update licensing information and notify us of any regulatory changes
  • Periodic re-verification may be required to maintain platform access

3. Professional Conduct and Content Standards

  • Data access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
  • Regular security audits ensure ongoing protection of user data

4.2 User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent before entering identifiable data
  • You must comply with NDPA data protection laws
  • Any suspected data breaches must be reported immediately
  • You retain ownership of your clinical data and may request deletion at any time

4.3 Our Commitments

  • We will never sell or inappropriately share clinical or personal data
  • Data will only be used for platform functionality and service improvement
  • You can export your data at any time in standard formats
  • Account deletion requests will be processed within 14 days

5. Platform Services and Limitations

5.2 Educational Content and Certification

  • CPD courses are developed by qualified instructors and reviewed for quality
  • Completion certificates are issued upon successful course completion
  • Certification through Rehabify Learn supplements but does not replace professional licensing requirements
  • Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice

6. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

6.1 Platform Disclaimers

  • Rehabify is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical institution
  • We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice
  • Clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals
  • Patient outcomes are not guaranteed through platform use

6.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • We are not responsible for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or professional disputes
  • Users maintain professional liability insurance and assume responsibility for their practice
  • Platform availability and feature functionality may vary by region

7. Account Management and Termination

7.1 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Providing false professional credentials or information
  • Violating professional conduct standards or local medical laws
  • Engaging in harmful, unethical, or illegal activities
  • Failure to maintain current professional licensing
  • Violation of these Terms of Use or platform policies

7.2 Appeal Process

  • Users may appeal account actions through our formal review process
  • Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the account action
  • Decisions will be reviewed by our Medical Quality Assurance personnel within 10 business days
  • Final decisions may be appealed to an independent review board

8. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

  • Rehabify retains ownership of platform technology, design, and proprietary content
  • Users receive a limited license to use platform features for professional purposes
  • Platform content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission

8.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of your original content, data, and intellectual property
  • You grant Rehabify a limited license to use your content for platform functionality
  • Content sharing between users is governed by separate consent mechanisms

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. International users remain responsible for compliance with local regulations and professional standards.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Initial disputes should be addressed through our customer service channels
  • Formal disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
